At Tommy Franks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly suit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your furniture in its original protective packaging and crates to ensure it remains secure and undamaged during the transit process.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate with our specialized white-glove logistics partners to schedule a convenient pickup time from your residence.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in original condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
